Do you cover modified or custom classic motorcycles?
Yes, you just need to let us know of the modifications made so we can take this into consideration when quoting.
Do you cover classic motorcycle collections?
Yes, we do. There is no upper limit on how many motorcycles you can have on your policy or the value of the total collection. We also offer laid up insurance if you intend not to use your bikes.
Do you offer a no claims bonus?
No, they are flat rated. The premiums are focused on the year of manufacture, the value and the mileage. However, when you take out a multi bike insurance policy, you are still entitled to a no claims bonus on your daily drive.
Do I need a garage for classic motorcycle insurance?
This all depends on the value of your motorcycle and year of manufacture. We have a panel of insurance companies and some are more flexible than others regarding where your bike is stored or kept overnight.
Do you provide insurance for storing classic motorcycles?
Yes, we provide laid up insurance which is also suitable if you declare your bike SORN.
Do you insure imported classic motorcycles?
Yes, we do. We can even assist in arranging insurance when your bike arrives at a UK port. Cover is arranged using the frame number in preparation for vehicle registration. Not many insurers do this, it’s a little secret we’re proud to spill.
