A Successful Classic Car Show Year 2024

Well, that’s another show year over – doesn’t time fly!

Abbeyfields started and ended the show year at the NEC. Our season kicked off with the Practical Classics Restoration Show in March and wrapped up recently at the Classic Motor Show. Both events were a great success and fantastic opportunities to promote the Abbeyfields brand to lots of new customers.

Abbeyfields were out and about between the two NEC shows, supporting some of our club partners at their national events, meeting their members, and admiring their stunning cars.

This year also brought some new experiences for us, including two weekends at Tatton Park and a trip to Luton for the Festival of Transport, which coincided with the Capri MKII Register’s National Day. Speaking of Capris, we also attended the Capri Club event, where we shared stand space with the 280 Group.

Throughout the year, we regularly attended the Waggon and Horses meet near Stourbridge. This event always offers a fantastic variety of vehicles on display and, most importantly, the chance to meet friendly, chatty people and enjoy a few hours (and a coffee!) together.

Overall, Abbeyfields had a brilliant year attending shows and meeting so many new faces along the way.

Our Escort RS2000 is now safely tucked away for the winter, but it’ll be back out in the new year, ready for more shows and the chance to connect with even more wonderful people.

Until next year...
